Shares of VSMPO-AVISMA, Russia’s key titanium producer, remained relatively stable despite broader sector weakness. The company’s strategic importance and long-term contracts helped limit volatility. Specialty metal producers continued to be viewed as defensive holdings within the metallurgical space.

Overall, investor sentiment toward metallurgy and mining stocks remained neutral at midday.
